Always easier:

T6990 has an enhanced user interface, thanks to an innovative tempered glass panel with built-in capacitive keyboard, around a 3.5” colour display.
The new, high-resolution display makes it even easier to view the test cycle and the programming menus, and the capacitive keyboard allows fast parameter entry.

All the connections you need:

T6990 has a more limited port supply than high level range, but is equally complete: a USB slave port, RS232, RS485 and CAN Bus.
The front panel has a master USB port for connection to a USB key to save the tests conducted, backup/restore parameters and upgraded tool firmware.
The connection to thermal printers, barcode/data-matrix readers and markers takes place automatically using an internal menu.

So small, yet so powerful:

T6990 can count on a measurement resolution of 0.1 Pa to 1 bar (0.5 Pa to 6 bar) stable and noise-free, sharing a part of the measurement section implemented on the higher series T8000 and T9000.
Despite being designed as an entry-level tool, the measurement performance is comparable to those of the rest of the ForTest range.

Ultra compact pneumatics:

Two channel absolute decay universal leak tester

Two channel leak tester:

T8890 is the new two channel equipment by ForTest enclosed in the same casing as the single channel T8990, making it the most compact in its category.
It is available with 3 types of pressure adjustment: single manual regulator, double manual regulator and single automatic electronic regulator.
Ideal to test pairs of lights or parts with double compartments. It can half test times, however maintaining the flexibility and reliability of the T8990.
Parameter programming is much faster thanks to the new numerical keyboard integrated in the menus, and the big display makes viewing even clearer of the test cycle.
The main screen also enables interaction with shortcut functions, such as test program change, “smart” test archive menu and locking/unlocking using a password.

Limitless connectivity:

The new T8890 equipment includes ports for the USB slave, RS232, RS485, CAN Bus and TTY.
The front panel has a master USB port for connection to a USB key to save the tests conducted, backup/restore parameters and upgrade firmware.

The Dual Absolute:

The new Dual Absolute technology makes it possible to eliminate the disadvantages of a classic differential system, improve its advantages and renew an industry that has been standing still for decades. Thanks to the new Dual Absolute technology, ForTest has combined the simplicity of a classic absolute decay system with the precision and sensitivity of a differential system, bringing leak testing instruments to a level never seen before.
The new algorithms and measurement hardware eliminate typical defects in a differential system, such as differences in stabilization between the test part and the reference sample.
The new range of instruments can work in 3 different ways: Pure Differential, Dual Absolute and Central Zero.
The new Dual Absolute technology is so powerful and reliable that ForTest has decided to stop developing the classic differential system.

Continous measurement universal flow tester

Flow measurement with solid-state sensor:

T8730 was designed for the precise task of measuring flows on parts such as filters (medicinal, diesel or petrol), tubes, nozzles, openings and valves.
Other than the classic flow measurement, the instrument also has other ways of making it as versatile as possible in its category: ascent and descent ramps, opening tests and burst testing.
Another separate function is the “continuous measurement“, i.e., a test with infinite times allowing adjustment of the taps and part repairs in real time.
The tool also avails of an intelligent pressure adjustment, which uses the automatic pressure regulator to continuously adjust the test pressure based on the variation in load loss, to ensure the reading is as stable and repetitive as possible.

We decided not to make compromises when equipping the T8730, assembling the best components currently on the market, such as the piezoelectric electronic regulator which guarantees stable and repetitive adjustment, or the solid-state sensor with a vast reading range, or the specific valves for this model, with a life estimated in tens of millions of cycles.
All these advantages give never seen precision performance, stability and accuracy.
Measurement resolution starts with 0.1 cc/min based at the bottom of the scale, varying from 1,000 to 20,000 cc/min, with maximum pressure of 2 bar.

Made to measure pneumatic section:

To avoid overheating due to long activation times of the filling circuit, we have designed, high-capacity pneumatic valves, which not only work in hot temperatures, but also quickly fill the piece being tested, making the T8730 also suitable for testing on parts with significant volumes.
All the above, while maintaining ForTest’s historic reliability.

T8997 contains two different technologies, the measure with absolute pressure drop and mass. The first one is suitable for the detection of micro losses, while the second one is created for the flow test.
This instrument is suitable for tests in the GAS sector (gas ramps, injectors) and medical (bags, lters, etc …).
